We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150! Orders under $150 will be charged $10 standard shipping.

Personalized items allow up to 2-4 weeks.

During promotions, personalized items can take up to 4 weeks for additional processing due to volume. Processing times will also be delayed up to a week during promotions.

Returns & Exchanges:

Sale items, swimwear, hair accessories, socks & hosiery, books, monogrammed items, and special orders are final sale. Preorders are also final sale.

Guidelines for returning items purchased online:

Returns are accepted for items that are mailed back to us within 10 days of the delivery date, according to tracking.

Items should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

The shipping cost will not be refunded.
