We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please make your return within 10 days of receiving your purchase in the mail or making your purchase in store. Refunds will be credited to a gift card. No refunds.

Sale items, swimwear, hair accessories, socks & hosiery, books, monogrammed items, and special orders are final sale. Preorders are also final sale.

Guidelines for returning items purchased online:

Returns are accepted for items that are mailed back to us within 10 days of the delivery date, according to tracking.

Returns should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. 

The shipping cost will not be refunded.
